To jest 50 min jesli chodzi o dzien wczorajszy, jechalam powoli raczej bo z mężulkiem gadalam i mi się zwalniało a tak to 40 min jakies :D
Tak z sosem 1000 wysp, kocham to i tyyyyyyle sałaty było :D :D :D i pomidorki w plasterkach i marcheweczki troche - kocham to, nooo i ten kkkuuuurczaaakkk :D 8)
plus 195 kcal za 3 kanapki z masełkiem czekoladowym co daje w sumie 660 kcal
w planach jest maślanka - 208 kcal co da 868 kcal czyli ewentualnie jeszcze batonic corny fitness 84 kcal ale to zobaczymy :roll:
oooto dośc dlugo..kurde nie nudzi juz rowerek...ale zamawiam sobie znacyz Mis mi obiecal kupic krokomierz z licznikiem spalanych kalorii i bede chodzic;p hihihih
no ale ładnie dzis...kurde ja na ogol nie jem rzeczy z mc donaldow ale to jak opisałas sałateczke zabrzmiało SMAKOWICIe:)
