Witajcie w środku tygodnia

Moja waga pokazała mi z samego rana tyle samo, co tydzień temu, więc już się nie mierzyłam... Ale cieszę się, że przynajmniej to niedzielne obżarstwo mam już głowy, oops, z ciałka... A teraz staram się jak najszybiej, czyli do piątku, jesli się uda, dojść do 64 z wąsem, gdyż to 65.5 już mi się znudziło...

Honestly, there's just no good excuse not to make movement a part of your life! So if you've been skipping your workouts, make a list today of all the excuses you use, and then come up with another list of solutions!
